The U.S. Consulate General cautions U.S. citizens that super typhoon TALIM could make landfall near Fujian and Zhejiang provinces, China between September 14th to September 15th. Typhoon DOKSURI could make landfall near Hainan province, China on September 15th. The Chinese government has issued a warning for Fujian, Zhejiang and Hainan areas. If landfall occurs, those living in impacted areas should expect extremely high winds, dangerous storm tides, heavy rainfall, and possible flooding to occur.
