    • The United States Consulate General in Shanghai is seeking information from automotive companies and automobile dealerships regarding the future procurement of vehicles locally from Shanghai area. The U.S. Consulate General is considering making multiple purchase in the near future of sedans, light duty passenger vans, SAV/SUV, electric, and/or hybrid vehicles. The vendor must be able to sell directly to the U.S. Government and accept the following terms (not inclusive of all U.S. Government federal contracting terms) in doing business with the U.S. Government:
      1. Vendor must currently have a Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) number or be able to successfully register a DUNS number (https://www.dnb.com/choose-your-country.html), (https://www.dnbchina.com/)
      2. The vendor must be able to register in System for Award Management (SAM) for any procurement that will cost more than $30,000. (https://sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf)
      3. The vendor must also be able to accept payment terms: 30 days after proper invoice received from contractor.       3. Can Seat at least eight occupants, including the driver
      4. Tinted Windows
      5. Gas operated (not diesel)
      6. Replacement parts available to be sourced locally
      7. 4-wheel drive (Preference, not requirement)
      8. SAV/SUV with 4 door and a hatch 2.5 liter 4 Cylinder
      9. larger SUV 4 door and a hatch 3.5 liter 6 Cylinder
      below features should be generally available:
      10. Transmission: 8 speed Automatic Gate Type
      11. Color: wide range of colors to include black and navy blue
      12. Interior: wide range of colors to include Leather seats in gray or cloth seats that are stain guard protected
      13. Tires: All weather tires
      14. Built in GPS
      15. Rear Windshield Wiper
      16. Fuel type: Gas/Hybrid/EV
      17. Spare tires
      18. Factory Rust Proofing
      19. Interior belt minder, Fuel Level Warning, Door Ajar Warning (each door display), Light remind and key remind, Engine Level Oil warning, Power Windows with Jam protection.
      20. Windows Tint acceptable in Shanghai, China
      21. Rubber mats
      22. Safety system, anti-lock brake system with electronic Brake force distribution, driver assist and SRS airbags.
