Local Entrepreneurs Discuss Women in Business at Entrepreneurship Roundtable

In collaboration with Post’s Civil Society Working Group, Shanghai PAS hosted a roundtable for ten local female entrepreneurs featuring Sarah Kauss, the CEO and Founder of S’well, a company that sells high-end water bottles made from recycled materials. Kauss is mentor for the Fortune-State Women’s Entrepreneur Mentoring Program, which provides female entrepreneurs from around the world with mentors identified by Fortune Magazine. Participants in the roundtable discussed issues related to running a female-owned business, including finding an appropriate employee gender balance, stereotypes of female entrepreneurs, and the need for more women to start businesses.
