The BAC provides a window into American culture. We host lectures, movies, presentations, and other programs on U.S. history, politics, society and culture. The BAC hosts both U.S. and Chinese experts and academics in a variety of fields who share their experiences with our audience.

The Regional English Language Office (RELO) has developed a resource collection of state-of-the-art professional materials for teachers and graduate researchers to use.

What do we offer?
The BAC Learning & Resource Center (LaRC) has a full library of books on U.S. history, contemporary politics, society, foreign policy, law. You can check our catalogue online and come to the American Center to take out one of our books.
The LaRC also has a selection of U.S. newspapers, scholarly periodicals and popular magazines, such as the Foreign Affairs Magazine, the Economist, Wired, and other popular publications. The LaRC also has access to specialized information databases from the U.S.
The LaRC is open from 13:00 – 16:00 Monday through Thursday by appointment only via email( email@example.com ) or phone call (010) 8531-3508. We are closed on Chinese and American holidays.
